Boomerang Bags for Buninyong

2017 06 19 Donated fabrics for beautiful bagsNext workshop: Sunday 4th of February 2018

Led by Sam Blanchard, who works at the local Buninyong Foodworks supermarket, a small but very active group of Buninyong locals have begun designing, sewing and printing Boomerang Bags!

Boomerang bags are made by the community, for the community, and can be returned or reused. The aim is to move to zero plastic bags.

We need people to sew, cut and print, and donations of material.

We are planning to hold a workshop every second Sunday, from 2pm to 4pm at the BACK of the Buninyong Community House, 407 Warrenheip Street Buninyong.  Access from the back lane way, or come down the left hand sideway of the house.
