You can help!
Most members would be aware that BREAZE now co-ordinates the Ballarat Farmers' Market at Lake Wendouree every 2nd & 4th Saturday.
We also have the Smart Living information kiosk at the Ballarat library (SLB).
Both these activities have been great for BREAZE to have a presence within the community and for people to readily find information.
You may also know that BREAZE no longer has paid staff and relies totally on volunteers. Your involvement could be as infrequent as twice a year, or more often, like once a month. If we can have a greater number of volunteers, this spreads the load.
Opportunities to help:
- At the market volunteers are there for 1 or 2 hours to help set up or take down the small marquee, be at the BREAZE stall to hand out information, talk to people and help organise occasional displays - please contact
- At the library volunteers are there for 1 or 2 hours to talk to people, they can organise/run simple activities and help organise occasional displays and events - please contact
- At one off events, or Annual events: Next event BREAZE Local food at the Ballarat Show 11,12,13 Nov 2016 - encounraging the gowing of local food - please contact
We look forward to your involvement in the future.
