Smart Living Ballarat Talk at the Ballarat library
Passive House is a globally recognised building construction standard.
It is relatively new to Australia and delivers year-round thermal comfort and excellent indoor air quality with minimal energy input. Detailed building physics calculations along with rigorous construction-stage verification ensure the outcomes are predictable, verifiable and accurate.

Sustainability workshops at the Central Library
Smart Living Ballarat with Ballarat City Council and BREAZE Inc. offer a series of monthly 1 hour workshops on practical sustainable solutions in the home and community. There is a different theme each month and the format involves both a presentation by a relevant guest expert and an open group discussion.
The workshop takes place at the Ballarat Central Library in Doveton Street and is free to attend. It will always be on the 3rd Wednesday of the month between 12.30 and 1.30pm.
You can also join our Smart Living Ballarat group for more regular updates on upcoming events, workshop related technical information and handouts, surveys etc.
